Kombucha Cocktail

This Kombucha cocktail is the perfect summer treat to ensure that you stay energized naturally! Kombucha offers a boost to your immune system and a kick of healthy probiotics

• 2 large mint leaves
• ½ oz. fresh-pressed apple juice
• 1 lime wheel
• 1 ½ oz. Tuthilltown Indigenous Apple Vodka
• 2 oz. ginger kombucha
• Spring of mint for garnish
• Candied ginger for garnish

• In mixing glass, muddle the mint, apple juice, and lime
• Add ice and vodka
• Stir until chilled
• Strain into a glass and top with kombucha
• Garnish with sprig of mint and candied ginger
