Refund and Return Policy

For in-clinic visits

If you have made an appointment at Aligned Modern Health, and believe you are owed a refund for overpayment please contact us at patientadvocate@alignedmodernhealth.com or 773-692-6080 and if we determine that an overpayment was made we’ll refund it back in the same manner.

For online purchases

If you have purchased products such as supplements or giftcards from the Aligned Modern Health website, they may be returned to any Aligned Modern Health clinic. Supplements and products must be unused and be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Policy

At Aligned Modern Health, we use standard shipping only. Orders will ship 24-48 hours from the time order is placed, pending availability and credit card authorization.
