In this webinar, Licensed Acupuncturist Andrew Lenz, L.Ac, DIPL. OM, MSTOM, offers interactive instruction on three popular breathing techniques/exercises that are specifically aimed at taking our bodies from a sympathetic nervous state (one of stress, often called “fight or flight”) into a parasympathetic nervous state (one of relaxation, often called “rest and digest” or “calm and connect”).
