Yields: 2 dozen bites

• 8 oz. dark chocolate 70% cacao (the higher percent of cacao, the better)
• Assorted dried fruits, chopped nuts, seeds: dried pineapple, dried papaya, dried cranberries, raisins, chopped pistachios, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.

• Lay out a piece of parchment paper, wax paper, or aluminum foil
• Chop chocolate into small pieces and microwave in microwave-safe glass, about 60 seconds
• Stir melted chocolate, microwave another 30 seconds, stir again
• Use a spoon to make small rounds of chocolate onto parchment paper
• Sprinkle each round of chocolate with an assortment of dried fruit, nuts, seeds
• Let chocolate rounds set at room temperature, or put them in refrigerator to speed up process
