About Dr. Patel
Kajal Patel was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology with a minor in Psychology. Dr. Patel then went on to receive her Doctorate in Chiropractic from National University.

What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
Being able to help all individuals to the best of my abilities and making them feel heard and understood.
What three traits define you?
Empathetic, Optimistic, Compassionate
What would you do even if you didn’t get paid to do it?
1) Volunteering within the community to support local shelters, food banks, environmental clean up efforts
2) Mentoring and teaching
What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?
1) meaningful connections with others, such as friends, family, or people within my community
2) life without nature and ability to travel.
3) constant personal growth by acquiring new knowledge, mastering new skills, and exploring new perspectives, etc.
What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
Positive feedback and outcomes to those I have gotten the chance to treat.
In your work or creative process, what concepts are sacred? Which rules have you made/followed?
In my work or creative process, concepts that are sacred to me are always being authentic, empathetic, and willingness to keep learning and adapting. Rules that I have made for myself and following include integrity and continuous improvement.
Do you have any other passions of personal goals that you would like to share?
I constantly strive to be the best version of myself and continue to grow.
What do you do for fun in your spare time? What are your hobbies?
Pickleball/Tennis, watching sports, spending time with friends/family, reading, making puzzles/legos, going to the beach or lake, and relaxing

I used to play Tennis and run cross country/track in high school.
