Professionally, I’m most passionate about helping people feel and perform their best, whether that’s through injury recovery, optimizing athletic performance, or promoting overall wellness. I love being able to make a real difference in my patients’ lives by helping them stay active and achieve their goals.

What three traits define you?

1. Personable
2. Organized and Driven
3. Community-oriented

What would you do even if you didn’t get paid to do it?

Even if I didn’t get paid to do it, I would still pursue helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether through treating patients, creating exercise programs, or supporting athletes in their recovery, I find immense fulfillment in making a positive impact on their lives.

What are you surprisingly good at?

I am surprisingly good at making banana bread! My friends and family request it weekly.

What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?

I couldn’t live without pickles – arguably one of the best foods ever created.

What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?

The biggest proof that I’m good at what I do lies in the success stories of my patients and athletes. When they achieve their goals, recover from injuries, or improve their performance thanks to my care and guidance, it demonstrates the effectiveness of my skills and approach.

What’s your biggest accomplishment?

My biggest accomplishment is graduating from chiropractic school, especially since I am the first doctor in my family. This milestone not only reflects my hard work and dedication but also sets a new precedent for future generations. I take great pride in this achievement and the opportunity it gives me to make a positive impact in the healthcare field.

What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had?

The weirdest job I’ve ever had was being a bank teller at age 16. I was in charge of popping popcorn for our customers every Friday for our customer appreciation day.

What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?

I consistently solve a range of problems for my clients, including injury recovery by providing tailored rehabilitation plans and soft tissue therapies, and performance optimization for athletes through personalized exercise programs.

Who is your ideal client and why should they connect with you?

My ideal client is someone who is committed to their health and wellness, whether they are an athlete looking to optimize performance or an individual seeking recovery from an injury. They value personalized care and are open to collaborative treatment approaches. Clients should connect with me because I bring a passion for helping others, along with a strong background in rehabilitation and exercise science.

In your work or creative process, what concepts are sacred? Which rules have you made/followed?

One concept that I believe is of utmost importance in today’s healthcare system is that of individualization. I believe in tailoring my approach to each client, recognizing that everyone has unique circumstances and goals. Customizing treatment plans is fundamental to my practice as a chiropractor.

Do you have any other passions of personal goals that you would like to share?

One of my goals for this year is to be able to run a 10K in under 1 hour.

What do you do for fun in your spare time? What are your hobbies?

In my spare time, I enjoy staying active through hobbies like strength training, running, and walking my dog along Lakeshore Trail. I love being outdoors and taking in the beauty of the Midwest. Additionally, I enjoy reading, especially a good thriller, and spending quality time with family.

Share something unique that most people don’t know about you.

One unique thing about me is the I was named after the Disney princess and little mermaid, Ariel, after my parents watched the movie together before I was born.
