Self-pay rates are charged at the time of each visit.
Patients utilizing insurance for their visits will be charged the minimum benefit amount at the time of each visit. Any remaining balance after the insurance claim processes will first be communicated on a patient statement via email and then auto-charged within three (3) days of the statement date. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time to avoid a $50 fee (or 50% of the scheduled service amount for IV Vitamin Therapy).
