About Renae
Renae Zwick graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in health and wellness. She grew up in the small town of Deerfield, New Hampshire and was very active through middle and high school with sports, hiking and other outdoor activities. After beginning her college career in a pre-pharmacy program, Renae quickly realized that she wanted to work more hands-on with people, treating injuries rather than diseases. When she changed her major to kinesiology, she excelled in courses like anatomy & physiology, psychology of sport & exercise, and principles & techniques of resistance training. Renae has a passion for helping others achieve their health/wellness goals. With guidance, encouragement, and instruction, anyone can become a better and healthier version of themself!
Renae is also currently enrolled in NASM’s Corrective Exercise Specialist certification program to be completed this summer. She is excited to use her new knowledge to continue helping people find relief from pain, recover from injury, and rebuild their strength.
