What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
Professionally, I am passionate about helping my patients achieve optimal health and balance through acupuncture and Traditional East Asian Medicine. I am passionate about mindfulness and meditation practices that promote inner peace and well-being.

Compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable.

What would you do even if you didn’t get paid to do it?
I would continue to educate people about the benefits of holistic wellness and provide guidance on natural healing practices.

What are you surprisingly good at?
I am good at identifying the root causes of health issues and creating personalized treatment plans that address physical and emotional well-being.

What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?
I get a sense of fulfillment from seeing my patients improve and thrive.

What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
The positive feedback and testimonials from my patients who have experienced significant improvements in their health and quality of life.

How long have you been working in your field?
I have been practicing in the wellness field for a long time and have integrated Traditional East Asian Medicine: Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Manual Therapy, etc. into my practice over the last 10 years.

What’s your biggest accomplishment?
Successfully helping numerous patients overcome chronic pain and health conditions that they had struggled with for years.

What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had?
I see all jobs as essential, and I have had a colorful working history in a wide range of fields and industries; the breadth of experience gives me unique insights and the capacity to quickly relate to, connect with, and explain complicated topics in ways others can understand. But if I had to pick one, it would be volunteer work with local municipalities to develop disaster preparedness programs, action plans, and mock drills.

How does your education connect to your professional career? What about personal experiences?
My education in Traditional East Asian Medicine deepened my understanding of holistic health principles. At the same time, my firsthand experiences with natural healing have reinforced my commitment to this practice.

What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
I consistently help clients manage chronic pain, reduce stress, and improve their health and well-being through personalized treatment plans.

What are you complimented on most in your work?
I am often complimented on my empathetic approach and ability to create a calming and healing environment for my patients.

Who is your ideal client and why should they connect with you?
My ideal client is open to holistic approaches and committed to improving their health naturally. They should connect with me because I offer personalized care that addresses their unique needs.

In your work or creative process, what concepts are sacred? Which rules have you made, which ones do you follow?
The concept of balance and harmony is sacred in my practice. I follow the rule of treating each patient as a whole person, not just their symptoms, and I adhere to the principles of Traditional East Asian Medicine.

What is your grand, audacious goal? What do you wish people would know, believe, do?
My grand goal is to make holistic wellness practices more accessible and accepted in mainstream healthcare. I wish people would believe in the power of natural healing and take proactive steps toward maintaining their health.

Where do you live?
I am originally from the Pacific Northwest and grew up in Seattle, Washington, before moving to the Southwest Suburbs of the Chicago land area. I also help run the Acupuncture department at Aligned Modern Health’s Orland Park branch.

Do you have any family members or pets to include in your bio?
Yes, I have a loving family with my Fiancé and a senior cat named Luna, who brings joy to our lives.

Do you have any other passions or personal goals that you would like to share?
I am passionate about continuing my education in holistic health and exploring new natural therapies to enhance my practice.

What do you do for fun in your spare time? What are your hobbies?
In my spare time, I enjoy practicing self-improvement and utilizing healthy living by expanding my mind, body, and spirit and focusing on mindfulness, movement, and nourishment of the whole self. I have a broad set of interests and always get excited hearing about and connecting with others on anything they are passionate about.

Share something unique that most people don’t know about you.
Most people do not know that I have a background in martial arts, which has taught me discipline and the importance of mind-body connection.
