While getting 30+ minutes of moderate exercise a day is fantastic (and perhaps a goal), for some of us – it’s a pipe dream due to time, resources, and/or ability.

On days when we aren’t otherwise getting the physical activity we need to stay healthy, a few short bursts of movement sprinkled in throughout the day can really make an impact.

Enter the “two-minute turnaround.” A two-minute turnaround is just what it sounds like – spending two minutes to turn around your day through movement – no equipment required!

In this webinar, Rehabilitation Specialist Emily Lazor and Chicago Endurance Sports Coach Ryan Caturan will teach five (5) sets of exercises, all just two minutes each (with modifications for most ability levels), to help ensure that we all get up and move in our busy days.

After the presentation, the discussion will be open for a live Q&A and a copy of the presentation will be sent to all who register.
