Dr. Joe Glowiak, DC, MS, is a Functional Medicine Physician at Aligned Modern Health with advanced training in nutrition, hormone balance, and internal medicine. He specializes in treating complex and chronic conditions, including digestive disorders, thyroid dysfunction, metabolic imbalances, and adrenal stress.

Dr. Glowiak’s approach combines functional lab analysis, therapeutic nutrition, and evidence-based supplementation with an emphasis on lifestyle change. His care philosophy centers around treating the whole person—building sustainable, non-invasive plans that address the root causes of illness and help patients regain long-term balance.

He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree magna cum laude from National University of Health Sciences and completed his Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine at the University of Western States in partnership with the Institute for Functional Medicine. He continues to pursue postgraduate coursework toward board certification in internal diagnostics (DABCI).

Dr. Glowiak has also served as a student ambassador for the American College of Nutrition and brings a collaborative mindset to integrative care. With foundational experience in both physical medicine and basic acupuncture, he integrates seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to support personalized, whole-body wellness for every patient.
