Refund and Return Policy

For In-Clinic Visits

If you have made an appointment at Aligned Modern Health and believe you are owed a refund for an overpayment, please contact us at patientadvocate@alignedmodernhealth.com or call 773-692-6080. If an overpayment is confirmed, we’ll issue a refund in the original payment method.

For Purchases of Specialty Test Kits, Supplements, Herbs, or Products

Any specialty test kits, supplements, herbs, or other products purchased from Aligned Modern Health may be returned to any of our clinics within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.

Shipping Policy

At Aligned Modern Health, we use standard shipping. Orders will ship within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed, pending availability and credit card authorization.
