About Dr. Baker
Dr. Joshua Baker DC, attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and received his bachelor’s degree in Health Science. He then went on to further his education at National University of Health Sciences where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine.
Dr. Baker, DC, specializes in rehabilitation exercises and manual muscle work to help treat as many conditions as possible. Rather than mask over symptoms for temporary relief, Dr. Baker treats the root problem for lasting results.

What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
Professionally, I’m most passionate about getting my patients back to the activities that they love to do pain free. Personally, I’m most passionate about my family — my wife Amy and two sons Noah and Madden.

Kind, helpful, hardworking
What would you do even if you didn’t get paid to do it?
What are you surprisingly good at?
I’m surprisingly good at running, but don’t really like it.
What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?
What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
When a patient comes back to the office able to perform a task that they could not do before receiving treatment

My two children
How does your education connect to your professional career? What about personal experiences?
All of my basic knowledge comes from chiropractic school. Before chiropractic school I played hockey from the time I was 8 years old. Throughout those years I had many injuries that I would receive chiropractic treatment to resolve.

In your work or creative process, what concepts are sacred? Which rules have you made, which ones do you follow?
The concept that is most meaningful to me is to treat every patient like they are family. When you take that outlook, I believe you can treat every patient to the best of your ability
What is your grand, audacious goal? What do you wish people would know, believe, do?
I would like to help as many patients as possible and allow them to get back to the things they love to do pain free
What do you do for fun in your spare time? What are your hobbies?
Travel, play hockey and golf, and most importantly, hangout with family.
